2020 Baseball Season - Update on Season
2020-05-30Hello SW Families, as you are well aware, the 2020 Baseball/Softball season has been affected by the continued Covid-19 outbreak across the Province and
the Country.
The SW London Baseball Board prioritizes the player's safety, health and well-being above all else.
Due to the Covid-19 situation, the SW Baseball Board has voted to cancel the 2020 Baseball/Softball season. This decision was made with the safety and best interest of our athletes, coaches, umpires, volunteers, families, and extended families in mind.
All families that have registered for the 2020 season will receive full refunds over the next 30 days.
If you paid by credit or debit, we will refund in the same manner.
Anyone that paid by cash will be refunded by cheque - please make sure your mailing address is updated in the system.
If you paid for your registration by cheque, we have not yet deposited the cheque, we will destroy it.
We will refund division by division. There will be an ongoing list of which divisions have been completed on our website as we progress through the refunds.
We are looking forward to getting through this stressful time and into our off-season workouts from January to April, and then into the 2021 Baseball season.
